Show Home Interior Design Process

 

  • Consultation & Site Visit – I will organise a site meeting with you to discuss the design brief and your brand’s core values. The consultation will also cover the project budget and timescales. 

  • Design Concept – Thorough research into the site location and your prospective buyers will be undertaken. This will inform a bespoke concept, tailored to the project and your company. 

  • Procurement – With the concept agreed, I will source all FF&E including wall coverings, window dressings, furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, artwork and accessories.

  • Installation – I work with your site team to install all aspects of the project, finishing with professional styling, so your property is primed for viewings.

Pricing for show home interior design is dependent on the size of the project.
